Returns
You have 14 days to notify us about the damage, possible return or exchange of your received item. After 14 days from the receiving of the item by you, we cannot refund you, nor exchange the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it when you unwrapped the parcel. It must also be in the original packaging without scratches, stains, dirt or other visible damage.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require you to send you an email with the order number and a copy of the receipt.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations when you are eligible to a partial refund:
- if we receive damaged packaging (that do not fit to our video photo footage of the item prior to posting)
- software, video games
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and gift wrapping cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, request the postal address from us by email at: info@shoppingcocktail.com

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature when returning the purchased item. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of our Services to you.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returning item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. I
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping the returning item with value over 100 euro, you should consider shipping insurance and tracking number is a must. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
